  • Orders are confirmed only upon a minimum 50% advance payment.
  • Pickup date must be at least 1 day after placing the order.
3. Full Payment Requirement

You must complete 100% payment before pickup. Orders will not be released unless fully paid.

4. No Pickup, No Refund

If an order is confirmed and prepared, but you fail to pick it up, no refund will be issued.

5. Responsible Usage

You agree to use fireworks responsibly and in accordance with local laws. Malakar Fireworks is not liable for misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, and branding are the property of Malakar Fireworks and may not be reused without permission.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Asansol, West Bengal.

  • You must inform us at least 2 days before your scheduled pickup.
  • You may reschedule only once, and within 10 days of the original pickup date.
