Effective Date: April 2025

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and returns for orders placed through Malakar Fireworks.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before the 50% advance payment is made.
• Once payment is completed, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refunds

Refunds are allowed only if:

• A product is out of stock, unavailable or malfunctioned.
• The order is canceled by us due to operational reasons.

3. No Refund for Missed Pickup

If your order is confirmed and prepared, but not picked up, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
