This policy outlines the delivery and pickup terms for orders placed with Malakar Fireworks.

1. Delivery Coverage

• We currently serve select locations in West Bengal and Jharkhand.
• Home delivery is coming soon. Currently, only in-store pickup is available.

2. Pickup Guidelines

• Orders must be placed at least 1 day before the pickup date.
• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• The remaining amount must be paid before pickup.
• Bring ID proof and payment confirmation during pickup.

3. Missed Pickup

If you fail to pick up your confirmed and prepared order, no refund will be issued.

4. Changing Pickup Date

• Notify us at least 2 days in advance.
• The new date must be within 10 days of the original pickup date.

5. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
